ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team of Hunters. This role is ideal for a creative leader with a strong strategic mindset and deep digital expertise who can translate client goals into compelling, concept-driven visual solutions. This designer will bring advanced skills in digital design, HTML5 ad development, animation, and integrated campaign concepting — helping shape ideas from initial spark through execution across digital and print media.
The Senior Designer will play a key role in shaping creative direction and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced agency environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Concepting & Campaign Development:

Lead the development of big ideas and creative concepts for integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.

Translate strategy into innovative, insight-driven creative that resonates with target audiences.

Contribute to campaign storytelling, messaging, and visual systems from concept through execution.
Digital Design & Interactive Execution:

Lead the design and execution of sophisticated digital experiences, including websites, social campaigns, email marketing, and interactive content.

Design and build HTML5 display ads, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and platform compatibility.

Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital platforms, social media, and paid media campaigns.

Collaborate closely with developers and UX/UI designers to bring digital concepts to life.
Graphic Design & Branding:

Execute high-level design across digital, motion, and print deliverables, including presentations, brochures, and advertisements.

Contribute to and help define brand identities, ensuring consistency and excellence across all client and internal touchpoints.

Partner with account, strategy, and content teams to develop thoughtful, effective creative solutions aligned with client objectives.

Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers.
Production & File Management:

Prepare and oversee print-ready files and work directly with vendors to ensure top-tier production quality.

Maintain organized design systems, templates, and brand asset libraries.

Oversee quality control across projects to ensure accuracy, consistency, and polish.
Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, media teams, marketers, and account leads.

Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions, offering innovative and strategic ideas.

Present design concepts confidently to internal teams and, when appropriate, to clients.

Support new business efforts by contributing to pitch decks and presentations.
Software & Technical Skills:

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Advanced proficiency in After Effects (or similar) for motion design and animation.

Experience designing and building HTML5 ads (Google Web Designer, Lottie, Celtra, or similar platforms).

Strong working knowledge of FIGMA

Solid understanding of digital design systems, responsive design, and web best practices.

Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro or similar) is a plus.

Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a strong plus.
REQUIREMENTS

7–10+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.

A strong portfolio demonstrating high-level digital and print design, branding, and campaign work.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Exceptional attention to detail with a refined sense of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Experience mentoring or guiding other designers.

A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
