The Role

As a Project Manager at Hunter Marketing, you will be the puppeteer behind the scenes, ensuring our marketing magic happens seamlessly. Reporting directly to our Marketing Directors, you will support a team that includes a Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with our creative teams. Your mission: to keep everything running smoothly and deliver extraordinary results, every single time.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Team Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing team and the creative teams, fostering clear communication and efficient workflow.
Detail Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
Client Communication: Interface with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure their vision is brought to life.
Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous growth and learning.
