Key Responsibilities​

​

  • Important support role ot the Accounts Team ensuring client projects and initiatives move along smoothly in the process

  • Provide weekly updates to the Accounts Team with a current detailed delivery status  

  • Participate in client meetings, providing valuable support to the team through meticulous note-taking to capture and convey the essential details and context of discussions

  • Assist to align team members, set next steps, and help to drive a positive client experience while ensuring all deliverables are captured

  • Creating long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines

  • Ability to manage multiple and different types of projects and tasks simultaneously

  • Demonstrate strong attention to budget for scope of works

  • Delegating tasks in Hunter’s CRM to the appropriate Hunters assigned to the work

  • Owning and updating all client flowcharts and business plans

  • Managing Hunters DAM and Google Drive

  • Ensuring final files get posted in the right places, handling printing requests and follow-up, trafficking media to the internal media director, updating our CRM/ and moving projects through the workflow as needed

  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple tactics are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain synergy

  • QA all deliverables: ensuring to spec and at the level (extraordinary) we’re proud to show a client – this includes proofreading, checking ad sizes/specs, ensuring all revisions requested were made, ensuring file name is appropriate and accurately represents the subject matter

  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed or financing for the project change

 

A Bit About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Must have experience in a project management role, preferably 1-2 years

  • Agency experience or marketing experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies or immediate desire to learn these methodologies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Project Management tools

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience leading teams in a creative environment and possess the ability to motivate 

  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization

  • Must be detail-oriented and have proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrated initiative, follow-through and a great record of delivering successful projects

  • Strong customer service skills
