We worked with Columbus City Council to educate the public about a new law prohibiting inquiries into job applicants' salary histories — a critical step toward addressing wage inequities. With a cohesive and impactful visual identity, we drove audiences back to an informational landing page via a social campaign, video ads, digital toolkits and more.
