Marketing Coordinator (Project Management Focus)

The Puppeteer Behind Extraordinary Work

Are you detail-obsessed in the best way? Do you love organizing complexity, managing moving parts, and making sure big ideas actually come to life—on time, on budget, and beautifully executed? If you’re the kind of person who sees the whole board and quietly makes the magic happen, this role is for you.

Hunter Marketing is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to serve as the connective tissue between strategy, execution, and delivery. This role is equal parts project manager, process driver, and strategic support—working closely with the CEO and Marketing Directors to keep client work moving from concept to camera-ready with precision and care.
