As an Account Manager at Hunter Marketing, you play a central role in delivering world-class work to our clients. We are leaders and supporters. We are project owners and strategic problem solvers. Account Managers achieve internal and client objectives by collaborating with the internal client team members, including content and creative teams. This role establishes significant trust and supports internally and externally with our clients. You will see yourself as a Hunter and as an extension of your client’s team, immersing yourself in their brand and culture.
Key Responsibilities

Serves as the primary contact with clients, project stakeholders, and creatives to guarantee projects are completed on time, on budget, and with superb quality deliverables

Lead teams through project execution from intake to approval, managing project changes along the way

Ensure resource and time tracking for all projects for accurate profit management (internal and external)

Manage several complex projects with multiple stakeholders and clients in a fast-paced environment

Communicate the Hunter process, project health (budget, resources, and timelines), and project plans to internal teams and clients

A proven ability to provide executive-level support to clients and accounts, leveraging team strengths

Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong two-way communication channel between our project teams and leadership. This includes internal and external/client communication and collaboration

Serve as the subject matter expert for the cross-functional projects

Form strategic relationships with our clients to develop insights, strategies, and solutions for their marketing and advertising needs

Ability to assess workload, and forecast staffing needs

Assist with creating marketing and pitch materials for existing and new business efforts

Participate in presentations and other client events with our CEO when necessary

Report project status and ensure leadership is aware of project direction, challenges, and required decisions or guidance

A Bit About You:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Must have experience in an account services agency role, preferably 2-3 years
-
Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies or immediate desire to learn these methodologies

Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Project Management tools

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience leading teams in a creative environment and possess the ability to motivate

Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization

Must be detail-oriented and have proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Demonstrated initiative, follow-through, and a great record of delivering successful projects
